Engraving Service pricing is subject to change.
Perfume Package Pricing inclusions:
Up to 3 words (subject to size of engraving area and length of words).
Complimentary domestic regular shipping with tracking and signature to client's nominated delivery address
Choice of colour fill: Gold, Silver and Copper
1 x Draft Look to check for engraving placement and spelling only. If revisions are requested by client, it is charged at an additional $20 per revision.

By agreeing to book our engraving service, the client agrees that they have thoroughly reviewed samples on our website and/or Instagram profile and accepts our artistic engraving style. By booking our service, client accepts that it may not always be possible to engrave at the front due to limited engraving area, if this is the case, engraving will be done at the back or on the sides at the artist's discretion. If the client has a strong preference on the engraving placement, size and overall style look of the engraving, it is expected that the client will notify the artist detailing their requirement prior to booking the service. Our service is considered booked once full payment is received by Left and Willow Designs. Once client has completed the form to confirm their engraving details sent by our studio and has confirmed their booking, any changes to the engraving style and/or details will be charged at $20 per revision.
Glass chipping can occur during the engraving process. By booking our engraving service, client accepts that this risk may occur when engraving on glass surfaces.
Left and Willow Designs reserves the right to refuse engraving service on a surface that we consider unsafe to engrave on. Engraving is best on smooth flat or slight curved surface. We cannot engrave on ridged surfaces. We cannot add colour fill to frosted surfaces or non-coated ceramic surfaces and some coated surfaces.
Allow 10-15 business days from when the engraver receives your item for engraving.
Please let us know if your order is urgent, we can provide a priority/rush service for an additional fee which will prioritise your order from other projects.
Draft look to the client is only provided if stated in the quote. Preferred engraving look, style, engraving area will be obtained from client. If the engraver deem that there is insufficient engraving area for this preference, the client will be notified prior to a draft look being commenced. Once engraving details form has been completed and client has booked the service with full payment, draft will be provided to the client within 2-3 business days upon the artist receiving the item/s. Client is to respond within 2 business days with an approval or approval with changes. After this draft look, further revision and draft look will incur extra $20 AUD. Please note, additional drafts and delays with approval can extend overall completion time.
The Engraving Process
Enquire about our hand engraving service. An email will be sent to the client to provide with further information and collect all engraving details and requests. An invoice will be then sent to the client where full payment is required prior to commencement of work.
Please note that our hand engraving is based on our calligraphy style and is different from fonts using machine engraving. This means that we cannot engrave smaller than we suggest as it can impact legibility and our artistic style.
Due to the small area of engraving on perfumes and to make the calligraphy stand out, it is recommended to use single word/minimal letters. If you have strong preference on the overall engraving style and placement, please contact us and discuss your needs prior to booking your service.
To book your engraving service, full payment is required. Once your engraving service is booked, we will block out our availability for the service required and we be in touch with the address location to send/drop your items to.
Tip: When purchasing your items online, have your items sent directly to us to save you time and shipping costs.
Additional tip: Bulk engraving discounts apply on booking multiple items on the same order.
We reserve the right to refuse shipping of items from the studio we deem too fragile for shipping such as glasses and alcohol bottles. Local pick up is required for these items. Local pick up is at Riverstone, NSW.
Once we have received your items, allow up to 10-15 business days lead time.
A draft of engraving placement will be sent to you for approval or approval with changes. Once approved, your item will move on to the engraving stage. Rush orders are available for a fee. Please contact us to confirm our availability.

Free complimentary domestic shipping to the client's nominated delivery address that is inclusive with our perfume engraving service package is only available in Australia.
Shipping price will be determined once the calligrapher has received the items as shipping price will depend upon final weight and size of packaging. Shipping price will then be added to the final invoice. Final invoice payment is due prior to shipping/collection of goods.
Our posting days are on Monday and Friday.
If the client has paid for priority/rush fee you will be notified of your own scheduled shipping day prior to booking.
Postage with tracking will be shipped via AusPost. For full terms and conditions see their website at www.auspost.com.au.
Expected delivery dates are approximate timeframes and is not a guarantee to arrive on the day specified. Left and Willow Designs will take all measures to carefully package the item so it will arrive safely to you but it is not liable for any refunds and cancellation based on damages, delayed, misplaced or missing parcels once the parcel is accepted by the courier. If your parcel requires a signature and you are not available for the signature, an authority to leave may be applied to your parcel. If the parcel is left at the premises by the courier, we cannot accept liability. However, we will work with you to help you resolve any issues from the courier.
AusPost offers domestic standard shipping insurance up to $100 AUD and is included for all domestic parcels. For extra shipping insurance please notify us and visit www.auspost.com.au for pricing and terms and conditions.
Client is responsible for ensuring the correct nominated person and shipping details are provided to Left and Willow Designs at the time of booking. We are not liable for any incorrect addressing provided resulting in missing parcels.
Cancellation and Returns
Left and Willow Designs will offer returns based on the Australian Consumer Law.
Please ensure correct spelling and grammar is provided to us. Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted on incorrect spelling and grammar from client.
Once you have booked our service, if the client choose not to go ahead with the engraving service, 50% non-refundable retainer cannot be refunded to cover admin, any initial services rendered and booking our availability. If the artist has commenced any work, no refund will be issued for change in mind or cancellation. Client understands that once work has commenced on the items for engraving, Left and Willow Designs cannot return the items to its original condition including any protective packaging.
Due to customisation, engraving services and products that are customised cannot be refunded.
As items will be engraved by hand, the client accepts that each engraving is unique with its own artistic style that may not be perfectly straight, centred or symmetrical.
Shipping and handling costs are non refundable. Free shipping included in any quoted engraving service is not eligible for return of items. The buyer is responsible for the the shipping costs involved for returning your item. Consider using a tracking shipping service or purchasing additional shipping insurance to guarantee you will receive the item safely.
Credit note or refund for engraving service (exclusive of shipping costs) can be issued if Left and Willow Designs have made mistakes with spelling.
However, if mistakes or change of details from the original order have been made by the client then the expense will be at client's cost.
